Access and age

Real-money play and deposits are unavailable to players in the United Kingdom under our country restrictions. You must be at least 18 to participate, or older if local law requires it.

Deposit controls

Open Responsible Gaming in My Account to choose deposit caps for daily, weekly or monthly periods. You can combine those periods. A new cap or a reduction applies immediately, whereas an increase or removal waits 24 hours. These caps do not cover crypto deposits.

Time, stakes and losses

You can limit the amount you wager or lose. Increasing or removing either restriction takes a day. A session limit signs you out when the selected time is reached. Reality checks pause play to display elapsed time and results, then let you choose whether to stop or continue.

Cooling-off

A break starts immediately and prevents both deposits and play. Promotional messages also stop. Extending the break applies straight away, while shortening it takes effect after 24 hours.

Self-exclusion

Fixed exclusions can last six months, nine months or one year. You can also choose an indefinite exclusion. Activating a fixed exclusion disables the account and blocks deposits and withdrawals. The end of the selected period does not reopen the account automatically.

Email requests take time to process. We confirm when the exclusion has been applied. Ask for assistance at [email protected] if you need help with your request.

An early return from a fixed exclusion requires internal review. Approval is followed by a cooling-off period lasting at least 24 hours after the request. To end an indefinite exclusion, contact support and allow seven days before reopening.
